What you can expect to work on:

  • Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates

  • Qualify and phone interview candidates, maintain applicant-tracking data and providereports as requested

  • Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Source and locate qualified candidates, building a talent pipeline for current andpotential future needs

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. Pre-screencandidates, and facilitate de-brief sessions

  • Identify interviewers, schedule interviews, follow-up on evaluations, and administer allinformation in Lever ATS to ensure process consistency

  • Utilize traditional, non-traditional, creative and strategic sources to attract and engagepassive and active candidates

  • Receive and process employment inquiries, always mindful of facilitating a goodcandidate experience

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to work independently and must be quick on your feet

  • Understanding of technical roles and market insight on technical candidates

  • Good in managing candidates and tracking applicants manually

  • Working experience in a technology, telco, or media industry would be good to have

  • Pleasant character

  • Good command of English
