What to expect:

  • Lead and Manage Marketing Nurture Strategy

  • Develop and Lead Marketing Lead Scoring Strategy

  • Develop and implement Marketing Orchestration utilizing Marketing Automation Tools

  • Manage and Measure Marketing Operational Agency on email marketing deliverables as well as resource utilization

  • Collaborate with Growth Marketing and LTA team and drive engagement on leads at mid-funnel

  • Collaborate with Branding and Content Marketing team to develop content to populate marketing nurture

  • Develop marketing dashboard and provide marketing insights on mid-funnel and conversion metrics

  • Support business development engagement on account-based marketing to drive high value leads through the funnel

  • Engage with sales team to hand over MQLs and be responsible for SAL conversion

  • Be responsible for API development to drive automated data pipeline between marketing and product

  • Support RFP and Budgeting cadence where relevant for marketing operations influence and utilization

What we are looking for:

  • Have at least 5-8 years of experience working in an agency or in-house within a marketing operational agency or a inhouse marketing operational department

  • Have prior experience working with Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo or any other equivalent tool

  • Proficient in DHTML, PHP, CSS, Javascripting and other web dev standards

  • Have experience in managing forms and marketing data sets

  • Experience in managing Web-to-Lead or Heroku would be an added bonus

  • Experience in managing SFDC Einstein or Tableau would be a plus

  • Familiar with agile methodology and managed sprint cycles.

  • Familiar with Google Analytics, Omniture and merge that

  • Basic knowledge of SQL would be preferred.

  • A bachelors in computer science or computing or general business bachelor's degree
