Founded in 2017, our client is a startup passionate about delivering seamless gastronomic experiences. By working with top home chefs, fresh ingredients, specially curated menus, they help people access a smorgasbord of flavours, anytime they feel like it.

What to expect:

  • Take care of all marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising, creative projects, community growth and customer loyalty.

  • Develop plans to help establish our brand, drive community growth, drive sales leads, establish loyalty amongst customers and partners. You will run our Marketing in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

  • Manage consumer product launches and be savvy with competitor analysis and market surveys.

  • Work closely with the Sales and Chef Recruitment teams to drive the leads for online or offline conversion.

  • Lead the interaction with chefs in customers digitally.

  • Craft strategies for all Marketing including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative

  • Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies

  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

  • Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas

  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share

  • Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)

  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness

  • Grow and engage chef and customer communities.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a hands-on leader – someone who can roll up their sleeve and do the stuff if necessary but also can lead and inspire.
If you’re a skilled Marketing strategist, we’d like to meet you.

  • Work experience in leading Marketing in fast-moving consumer goods – preference given to food-related exposure.

  • Experience running a successful marketing campaign

  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and Google Adwords

  • Experience with CRM software

  • Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals

  • Analytical mind

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or MBA
